Shipping policy

Delivery Area

We deliver to the member states of the European Union. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are not possible via the online shop; please feel free to contact us for an individual arrangement (store@annarelle.com).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for you. Every shipment is fully insured.

Delivery Times

• Made-to-order (standard case): Our jewelry pieces are generally made for you only after your order. The delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from formation of the contract.
• In-stock items: Pieces marked as in stock are shipped within 3 to 4 business days.
• The delivery time applicable to your product is shown on the product page and in the order process.
• Deliveries outside Germany may take somewhat longer.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with tracking as soon as your jewelry piece is on its way.

Partial Deliveries

If your order contains both in-stock items and made-to-order pieces, we may deliver in partial shipments; you will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result. For the start of the withdrawal period, the Instructions on Withdrawal apply.
