Withdrawal

Here you can withdraw from your purchase contract online (Section 356a of the German Civil Code, BGB). Enter the order number from your order confirmation and the email address used at checkout, then confirm with the button below. You will immediately receive a confirmation email documenting the content, date and time of your withdrawal.

Your withdrawal is effective upon receipt of the declaration. Details on deadlines and consequences: see our right of withdrawal. You can of course also withdraw by email to store@annarelle.com.
