Warranty Terms (2-Year Guarantee)

2. Subject and Scope of the Guarantee

For all ANNARELLE jewelry pieces purchased at www.annarelle.com, we provide a manufacturer's guarantee of two years from delivery covering defects in material and workmanship. This includes in particular:

  • setting defects (e.g. stones coming loose without external impact)
  • defects in clasps, hinges and jump rings
  • material and alloy defects in the gold
  • workmanship defects in surfaces and solder joints

3. Not Covered by the Guarantee

  • normal wear and signs of use (e.g. fine scratches, abrasion, dulled surfaces)
  • damage caused by improper handling, dropping, impact or other forceful action
  • damage caused by chemical exposure (e.g. cleaning and care products, chlorinated or salt water, cosmetics)
  • loss of the jewelry piece or of individual stones as a result of external impact
  • damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions

3a. Alterations, Resizing and Repairs

Resizing, alterations and repairs carried out by us do not affect the guarantee - it continues in full.

For modifications, alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, the following applies: the guarantee does not cover defects and damage to the extent that they were caused by the third party's intervention. In all other respects, the guarantee remains in effect.

4. Guarantee Service

In the event of a guarantee claim, we will repair the jewelry piece free of charge or, at our discretion, replace it with an equivalent piece. Shipping in the event of a guarantee claim (sending the piece to us and returning it to you) is free of charge for you and insured. No further claims arise from this guarantee (e.g. for price reduction or damages); your statutory rights remain unaffected (section 7).

5. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under the guarantee, contact us within the guarantee period at store@annarelle.com, stating your order number and providing a brief description (a photo is welcome). Please have your proof of purchase ready. We will arrange the insured shipment to us.

6. Territorial Scope and Duration

The guarantee applies to purchases via www.annarelle.com and territorially within the European Union. The guarantee period is two years from delivery. If the jewelry piece is replaced under this guarantee, a new guarantee period of two years begins for the replacement piece upon its delivery. In the case of a repair, the original guarantee period continues to run.

7. Statutory Rights (Mandatory Notice under § 479 BGB (German Civil Code))

Independently of this guarantee, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 et seq., 437 BGB, limitation period two years from delivery). These statutory rights are not restricted by the guarantee, and exercising them is free of charge for you.

diamonds from the earth: pure carbon crystal, grown under the same

natural diamonds. Indistinguishable, even to experts.

All ANNARELLE stones meet at least
color F and clarity VS. Color F is in the colorless top range. VS stands for
very slight inclusions, barely visible even under magnification.

natural diamond, around 250 tons of earth are moved. Not a single gram of that
is needed when the diamond is created in a lab.
