Delivery and Shipping Terms
These Delivery and Shipping Terms supplement our Terms of Service and form part of every purchase contract concluded via the ANNARELLE online shop. In the event of any conflict between these Delivery and Shipping Terms and the Terms of Service, the specific provisions on shipping and delivery in this Shipping Policy will prevail; in all other respects, the Terms of Service apply.
ANNARELLE ships orders with selected shipping carriers to the delivery addresses provided during the order process. The available shipping methods, delivery areas, delivery times, and shipping costs are shown to the customer during checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are non-binding estimates.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon handover of the goods to the consumer or to a recipient designated by the consumer.
ANNARELLE covers all shipments with additional transport insurance or a specialized high-value shipping solution. This coverage applies in addition to the statutory liability of the respective shipping carrier.
For security reasons, orders with a value of 1,000.00 € or more are delivered only against personal acceptance with signature. Delivery without signature - in particular by drop-off at an agreed location, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, or with other third parties - is excluded for such shipments.
The customer is asked to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt for externally visible transport damage and for completeness. Obvious damage or missing items should, where possible, be noted directly with the delivery agent and additionally documented with photographs. If such documentation is not provided, the customer's statutory rights remain unaffected; however, enforcing claims against the transport insurer may become more difficult.
If a shipment is delivered damaged, or is shown as delivered in the tracking system but has not actually reached the customer, ANNARELLE must be informed of this without delay, at the latest within 2 calendar days of the indicated or scheduled delivery time, in text form.
Where possible, the notification should include the order number, tracking number, photos of the package, the packaging and the contents, as well as the order confirmation or invoice and proof of payment.
Late notifications may result in claims under the transport insurance covering the shipment no longer being enforceable against the insurer, in whole or in part.
The customer's statutory warranty rights against ANNARELLE remain unaffected.
