Our diamonds of 0.5 carats and above are IGI-certified for full transparency on quality and origin. Very small stones (pavé, micro-setting) are not individually certified as per industry standards. As a GIA-trained Graduate Diamond Expert, our founder personally reviews every stone selection - certified by the Gemological Institute of America, the world's leading authority for diamond grading.

Not with the naked eye, nor with standard gemological equipment. Only specialized laboratory equipment can tell the difference.

We only use 14k and 18k solid gold. No gold-plated. No gold-filled. Solid gold means that the entire piece is made of the gold alloy, not just the surface.

Yes. Our gold alloy has been extensively tested by DEKRA for various substances, including nickel, lead, and cadmium, and is of the highest quality.

Clean regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen and chlorine. Diamonds are the hardest natural material in the world, but they can scratch other diamonds. Please store your ANNARELLE pieces individually, ideally in the box provided.

The MINI ME collection is designed for daughters aged six and over. The proportion, weight, and setting are specially adapted for smaller proportions.

This jewelry is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Small parts can be swallowed. Do not wear necklaces and stud earrings while sleeping, playing sports, or roughhousing. Also not during activities with helmets or physically active games. Jewelry is not a toy.

We only ship insured packages because we want to make sure your package arrives safely. Returns handled by us are also insured. If you want to ship something yourself, please contact us beforehand, as "normal" carriers generally exclude jewelry from liability or only provide very limited insurance.

Yes. You have a 30-day right of return from the date of delivery - without stating a reason. The jewelry must be unworn, with tags, and returned in its original packaging.

Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects with proper use.
