Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, visit our customer area at my.annarelle.com. You can also contact us at store@annarelle.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union - 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union (outside the Federal Republic of Germany), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
